Hotels, professional accommodation providers and similar commercial operators are not eligible to list accommodation on STAY.

Guests can browse listings, check availability, and send an inquiry directly to the host through the platform.

The host decides whether the requested stay is possible.

Any agreement regarding accommodation is made directly between the guest and the host.

Payments for accommodation take place directly between the guest and the host.

STAY does not process, facilitate, manage, or guarantee payments between guests and hosts.

Each accommodation listing is created and maintained by the individual host.

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that listing information is accurate and up to date, that the accommodation is safe and accurately described, and that any house rules, pricing, availability, cancellation terms, and agreements with guests are clearly communicated.

Any cancellations, refund arrangements, damage claims, or disputes must be resolved directly between the guest and the host.

STAY does not mediate, arbitrate, or make decisions in disputes between parties.

Hosts are responsible for maintaining relevant insurance coverage and for reporting any rental income in accordance with Danish law.

If in doubt, hosts should consult their insurer, accountant, or the Danish tax authorities.

A Local Business profile gives local businesses visibility and profile presentation on STAY.

It does not include accommodation listings, booking functionality, or payment handling.

Any transactions, bookings, or agreements between visitors and businesses take place directly between those parties.

Hosts and Local Businesses can update their listing or profile whenever needed.

Please make sure your information remains accurate and up to date.

If you no longer wish to be listed, you can remove your listing or profile.

STAY processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
